Method
- Add ghee in pan or wok and let it melt over medium heat
- Add wheat flour and roast it until golden in color and aromatic, this may take up to 30 mins
- Add chopped cashew, almonds and cardamom powder and mix well
- Transfer the mixture in another vessel for cooling
- Add powdered sugar while mixture is warm and mix it well
- Take little amount of mixture and make laddus
