Atta Laddu

Easy atta laddu recipe made with whole wheat flour, ghee, sugar, and nuts. Healthy Indian sweet, perfect snack, ideal for Diwali and lockdown times.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Ghee
  • 2 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Cashew and Almonds chopped
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar

Method
 

  1. Add ghee in pan or wok and let it melt over medium heat
  2. Add wheat flour and roast it until golden in color and aromatic, this may take up to 30 mins
  3. Add chopped cashew, almonds and cardamom powder and mix well
  4. Transfer the mixture in another vessel for cooling
  5. Add powdered sugar while mixture is warm and mix it well
  6. Take little amount of mixture and make laddus
