Dry fruits modak a healthy and tasty variety

Dry Fruit Modak is a healthy and delicious twist on the classic modak recipe. It is perfect for festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi or as a guilt-free snack anytime. As the name suggests, this modern modak variety is made with a mix of nutritious dry fruits such as almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, figs (anjeer), and dates (khajoor).
This recipe is ideal for health-conscious people. It contains no added sugar. The natural sweetness from dates and figs gives it a rich flavor and chewy texture. Figs and dates also work as natural binders, holding the chopped nuts together while adding a delightful taste.
Since it uses only dry ingredients and no dairy or wet components, this dry fruit modak has a long shelf life. You can store it at room temperature for several days. It is also a great energy booster, making it perfect for kids’ lunchboxes, mid-day snacks, or a pre-workout bite.
