Atta Laddu – Quick, Easy & Healthy Whole Wheat Indian Sweet

Atta Laddu – Quick, Easy & Healthy Whole Wheat Indian Sweet

Atta laddu is a quick and easy Indian sweet made from whole wheat flour (atta), ghee, sugar, and nuts. This healthy snack is a traditional delicacy loved by both kids and adults. It is especially popular during festivals like Diwali, but it can be enjoyed any time of the year.

This recipe uses just 5 simple ingredients commonly found in any Indian kitchen. Because of its simplicity and long shelf life, atta laddu can be stored for months in an airtight container.

Why Choose Atta Laddu?

Firstly, atta laddu is made with whole wheat flour, which is high in fiber and helps with digestion.
Secondly, the use of ghee adds healthy fats and a rich aroma to the laddus.
Also, nuts like almonds and cashews add crunch and extra nutrition.
Finally, sugar is used as a sweetener, but it can easily be replaced with jaggery for a more natural, healthier option.
